We use Royal Mail’s tracked delivery service (UK) and DHL (EU and International shipping).
UK £5.99, EU £9.99 and International shipping (outside the EU) £10.99.

We aim to deliver orders to the UK and EU within 14 days and International orders within 3 weeks.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your item within this time period, please review your Order Tracking or contact us via e-mail at, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that orders can only be made through the webshop, we do not accept orders by email or by phone.

Returns Policy
You can return your item within 14 days, no explanation needed, at your own cost.

In case you are returning a defective item, you have 30 days within receiving your original order to do so, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns, please email within the above 14 or 30 days deadline.

For returns, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Make sure that the product is in perfect unused condition.

2. Contact us via email on, including your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

3. Pack the items safely and securely, as they were delivered to you. Please make sure to use either the original packaging and/or that replacement packaging protects the item in the same way and is closed securely.

4. If your order is eligible for a free return, use the prepaid return label we sent you.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within 14 days from the reception of the returned item. We will refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased your item. In the unlikely event that you have not received a refund within the time period referred to above, please contact us via e-mail at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Out of stock items reserves the right to reject any confirmed orders, for example when the product is out of stock due to inventory errors. In such case we will notify you without delay and refund the whole amount paid by you for the items we are unable to fulfill without delay, but no later than 30 days.

Customs Duty and Customs Clearance Fee
In case of international orders you are responsible for any customs duty and the customs clearance fee.
