To select the right size for you, measure the circumference of your head using a piece of string or flexible tape measure.

Align across your ears, upper forehead and nape of your neck.

Then add an additional cm to your measurement for the most comfortable fit.

54 – 56cm = S

56 – 59cm = M

59 – 61 cm = L
